Saigon Trade Center would like to clarify the normal procedure for tenants to apply telephone and ADSL service for their offce. Telephone and ADSL service divides into 2 parts. One part is the installation of the line from tenants office to telephone line distributor in the building's EVL room. Mostly this part is done by fitout company or certified telephone service contractor. The other part is the setting up of the telephone line from Saigon Trade Center's EVL room to VNPT's telephone system. This part can only done by VNPT. So the application procedure of telephone line would be like this:
--Tenant apply for the Internet Service from VNPT or tenant ask a Saigon Trade Center proved vendors or contractors to be an agent of the tenant and apply the telephone for the tenant.
--VNPT confirm the tenant or the contractor the exact day of installation.
--Tenant contact Saigon Trade Center the installation before 2 working day or the contractor directly contact Saigon Trade Center for the installtion.
--Saigon Trade Center open the public telephone facilities for the installation.
*Mostly ADSL or XDSL internet service use telephone line as the media and operated by VNPT, the procedure will just the same as telephone line.
